Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top talent for various roles.
- Perform sourcing of passive candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Ensure hiring practices follow legal regulations.
- Consult with managers to understand hiring needs.
- Use internal tools and external agencies to find candidates.
- Post jobs using Taleo (applicant tracking system).
- Interview candidates and assess qualifications.
- Manage the full hiring process, including offers and onboarding.
- Help define resume screening criteria.
- May oversee daily recruiting operations and training.
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events.
- Senior-level recruiters may suggest process improvements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.Experience in recruiting or HR preferred.Knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in interviewing and candidate assessment.Comfortable working with all levels of management.Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email.Benefits
