Quality Manager Position
The Quality Manager position, based in Montvale, NJ will be responsible for supporting quality engineering requirements for new product development activities, ISO certification and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System, and driving a culture of quality using continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma). The role functions as the primary liaison for various customers to resolve quality issues, ensure appropriate flow down of quality requirements, communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver who is ready for the next level in his / her career and has a desire and aptitude to grow into a senior-level managerial role. Proven team player who has demonstrated capabilities in the following areas : excellent communication, interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; manufacturing process controls; solid organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines. The right person will be ambitious and flexible who wants to learn and grow professionally. Strong computer skills are a must, to include : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
Education and Experience
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment required; experience in metals manufacturing is a plus. ISO Internal Auditing is a plus. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience are a plus.
Compensation
