The base commission hourly rate range is $28.00 to $38.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $18.00 to $25.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $46.00 to $63.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth. Group medical, dental& visioninsurance for full-time employees as elected after 60 days of employment & averaging 25+ service hours per week Paid time off accrual at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked for all employees 401K Plan for all employees Flexible Spending Account (averaging 25+ service hours per week) AMTA membership with insurance for all LMTs 20+ free continuing education courses offered every year for all LMTs Employee discounts for a monthly massage, skincare, or stretch sessionfor all employees Discounted products for all employees Professional liability insurance (in-clinic only) for all service providers

- All our Mill Creek LMTs make over $55 per hands-on service hour
- For many this amounts to annual pay of more than $80,000
- We pay you even when clients fail to show
