Job Summary : The Market Director of Food and Nutritional Services will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided to the patients, employees, and guests in hospitals larger than 100 beds.
