Salary : $87,360.00 - $124,015.08

Job Summary : The Market Director of Food and Nutritional Services will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided to the patients, employees, and guests in hospitals larger than 100 beds.

Responsibilities : Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department to ensure high quality food service and nutritional care.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
• Licenses / Certification : Food Handlers permit required. Registered Dietitian preferred. ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Experience : Five years of progressive experience in food services. Three years’ experience in a management role. Experience in hospital food service preferred.
