What You'll Do :

• Lead on-site construction operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labor to keep projects on track.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance through regular site inspections.
• Perform hands-on carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, repairs, and miscellaneous metal work.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and stakeholders.
• Champion safety protocols and foster a culture of accountability on-site.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to field teams.

Job Type & Location : This is a permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
