We are a growing company in the heavy equipment industry. They specialize in aftermarket, used, and rebuilt parts—helping customers keep their machines running with minimal downtime.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle : follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- Use NetSuite CRM to track interactions, quotes, and pipeline activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotas.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.Comfortable with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), phone, and email sales.Excellent communication and time-management skills.(Preferred) Experience with construction equipment, industrial parts, or heavy machinery.Why Join Them?
