Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasting reviews and generate comprehensive financial reporting packages

Conduct month-end close activities and develop detailed monthly forecasts for program revenue and costs

Implement and analyze program budgets and schedules while fostering strong cross-functional relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years in accounting, finance, or related functions

Minimum 1 year of people leadership experience

Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
