Shift Timing : 2nd shift 2 pm -10 pm - must be available any day including weekends. Schedule will vary - Hours may vary as they may have 1st shift open as well, so may discuss during interview (6 am-2 pm)

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold active LPN license.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to RN.
