IT Business Analyst

Location : Parachute, CO

Schedule : Fully Onsite - Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $30-$40 / hour (depending on experience)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic technical team supporting approximately 300 end users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive IT support to end users across Windows 10 / 11 systems and Office 365 environments.
• Manage and maintain systems within Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Support server administration and general network connectivity for a fully connected environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Deliver excellent customer service through timely, clear, and solution-focused communication.
• Collaborate with IT teammates and internal stakeholders to improve processes and system reliability.
• Document support activities, procedures, and system configurations.
