Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic technical team supporting approximately 300 end users. Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive IT support to end users across Windows 10 / 11 systems and Office 365 environments.
- Manage and maintain systems within Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
- Support server administration and general network connectivity for a fully connected environment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely, clear, and solution-focused communication.
- Collaborate with IT teammates and internal stakeholders to improve processes and system reliability.
- Document support activities, procedures, and system configurations.
Preferred Skills :
PowerShell scripting experience for automation and system management.Familiarity with imaging tools such as Macrium for building, maintaining, and deploying system images.Exposure to industry-specific software (oil and gas applications a plus).Basic server administration experience (Windows Server preferred).Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and customer service mindset.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Benefits :
