Key Responsibilities

Manage the customer implementation journey, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Facilitate structured onboarding and provide professional guidance on best practices

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and drive measurable value

Required Qualifications

Experience in project management and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously

Comfortable in customer-facing roles, facilitating workshops and executive-level discussions

Experience with data and systems, ensuring integrity during migrations and configurations

Background in the accounting or tax industry is a plus

Familiarity with software onboarding or enterprise implementations is preferred
