This is a permanent position Hiring a full-time (Monday through Friday) primary care physician to do rounding in skilled nursing facilities in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, area Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short-term and long-term patients Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care Order and interpret lab results Prescribe and monitor medications Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery Promote healthy lifestyle changes 1 years of primary care experience required Direct post-acute care experience a plus, but not required Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania DEA with prescriptive authority Estimated compensation range of $210,529 to $271,529 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.Sign-on bonus available in months 1 and 13 The city of Lancaster is in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
