Now were looking for someone who can help us apply that same depth of understanding to ourselves, by shaping how we communicate, connect, and show up in the world.
As our Marketing Manager , youll lead and execute brand and content strategy across digital channels, conferences, and experiential touchpoints. Youll think creatively, balancing strategy and storytelling in a way that reflects the soul of a company built on research, metaphor, and meaning.
This is the first role of its kind at Olson Zaltman, which means theres room to build, experiment, and make your mark. You wont just be executing a vision; youll help define it.
🔹 What Youll Do
- Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn and Instagram through content that sparks conversation and elevates Olson Zaltmans thinking.
- Lead our presence at conferences , handling everything from booth experiences and materials to logistics and follow-up campaigns.
- Develop compelling case studies that showcase our work for award submissions, conference presentations, client materials, and other brand-building opportunities.
- Guide and maintain our website presence , ensuring messaging and tone are aligned with our evolving voice.
- Leverage HubSpot to create smarter, more human-centered digital outreach and improve marketing operations.
- Bring our brand to life through thoughtfully designed swag, collateral, and client experiences.
- Champion brand consistency across all internal and external expressions.
- Lead special initiatives , including the promotion of Jerry Zaltmans forthcoming book (to be published by Stanford University Press in February 2026).
🔹 What You Bring
A strategic mindset paired with the creative instinct to make ideas real.3+ years in marketing, branding, communications, or a related role.Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for a B2B audience.Confidence with project management and navigating ambiguity youre not afraid to build the plane while flying it.Experience creating or overseeing content for social platforms (especially LinkedIn).Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or web CMS systems.An appreciation for nuance, a drive for continuous improvement, and a deep interest in how people think and connect.This is a hybrid position based in Pittsburgh. Candidates must be able to work from our downtown office (PPG Place) three days per week .
