Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Fabrication Team at the Airport and Northport buildings based in Salt Lake City, Utah
The Aerospace First Line Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technicians, mechanics, assembly installers, and machine operators in the aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring that production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The First Line Manager will also be responsible for employee development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Shift
These positions are for 1st and 2nd shifts and placement will be determined once candidates are selected. Must be willing to support on either shift.

Summary pay range : $101,700 - $124,300
