FLSA : Exempt, Salary

COMPENSATION : $60,000- $70,000 annually + $1,000 Monthly Bonus Opportunity!

PURPOSE

The STUDIO Field Manager exists to ignite growth, consistency, and excellence in VASA's STUDIO experiences. By partnering with District Managers and club leaders, this role ensures STUDIO products deliver powerful results through strong sales execution, high-quality coaching, and engaging member experiences. The STUDIO Field Manager equips and develops coaches, drives usage and retention, and brings energy and accountability to every club helping members discover their strength, achieve their goals, and stay connected to the VASA community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

WORKING CONDITIONS

Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.
