Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to be the backbone of our material flow and inventory system. This hands-on position manages everything from incoming materials to coordinating complex international freight, ensuring our projects and fleet team are fully supported. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, and you have a knack for finding ways to improve existing processes, we want you on our team.
The Responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the full lifecycle of materials within the facility and takes direct ownership of all freight logistics and coordination .
Materials Management (Receiving & Shipping)
Verify the accuracy of all incoming materials against packing slips .
Prepare and process all outbound shipments by boxing or palletizing requested materials.
Accurately weighing and measuring all items and pallets.
Inventory Control & Transfers
Review pull requests and ensure materials are collected and ready by the specified time.
Conduct monthly physical inventories (cycle counting) for selected jobs or shelves to verify and maintain the accuracy of the SmartSheet inventory system.
Manage the movement of parts to different job shelves / locations as requested.
Support Operations & Upkeep
Ensure all company tools are assigned a TAC number for tracking.
Maintain accurate inventory levels of all general consumables (e.g., shipping supplies).
Support the Fleet Team by assisting with vehicle drop-offs.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including routine sweeping and trash removal.

Hourly rate is $20 - $30 / hr for well-qualified candidates.
