Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Milan, IN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality home health care services to our patients. Daily tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, coordinating with healthcare professionals, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The role requires adherence to patient care protocols and detailed documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in patient care and administering medications
• Ability to monitor patient health and vital signs
• Skilled in coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide emotional support and assist with daily living activities
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• CPR certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
• Prior home health care experience is a plus
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
