At the Center for Child Development, we foster a collaborative and supportive work culture where staff are valued, teamwork is encouraged, and every voice contributes to creating a nurturing environment for children and families.
The primary purpose of the Teacher Aide includes :
1. Assisting teachers in providing a warm and nurturing environment in which each child can grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
2. Promoting home and center relations and a partnership with families and the community.
3. Assisting in the supervision and education of university students participating in the Center for Child Development.
4. Supporting an organizational climate that fosters trust, collaboration, and inclusion.
5. Preparing and serving nutritious food with accurate food portions following the USDA childcare food program requirements and sanitation.
6. Working safely.
Work Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
Hiring Range :
$28,500-$30,000 + DOE
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and / or certification and other business considerations.
