Job Description

Ensure all food in and around the greenhouse is grown / maintained according to specifications detailed by Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chefs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination & complete daily maintenance.
• Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
• Be knowledgeable of all stations.
• Communicate with culinary team for proper pars, production and harvest requirements when needed in specified work stations.
• Work with aquaponic systems.
• Clean and take care of grounds, seedlings, plants, fruit trees, etc.
