Job Description
Oversee all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure schedule and quality compliance. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure job site. Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders to align on progress and challenges. Lead site meetings, inspections, and ensure adherence to technical specifications. Manage logistics, sequencing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant
Successfully completed a large ground-up data center project as a Superintendent. 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor. Holds proper certifications for data center construction (e.g., OSHA 30, Uptime Institute, etc.). Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams. Willing and able to travel for projects nationwide.
