About the Role

Lead organizational change management and benefits realization process to support transformation initiatives for global Finance, Legal, HR, and Communications teams through implementation, enhancements and continuous improvement phases. This includes major initiatives that are already underway such as the rollout of a global contract management system, executive dashboards, self-service enablement for HR and Legal, and Finance systems enhancement and automation initiatives. You will lead efforts to ensure that the full value of the digitization investment is realized as intended by working with relevant stakeholders to drive changes in not just the system change but relevant process flow and data flow changes.

This position will support multiple functions and drive a global orientation to drive end user adoption of new systems and processes to ensure that business objectives and expected benefits are achieved.

What You Will Do

The key responsibility of this position is to lead the development and execution of a organizational change management plan to ensure all affected personnel understand and are aligned to the digitization initiatives.

This role will provide seamless and effective communication to the organization and project stakeholders clearly identifying human adoption factors

Prepare the organization through continuous communication of the value and change needed in culture, business process, master data change and maintenance and use of system.

Lead and drive effective communication of project value, benefit and change needed with global project teams and stakeholders

Lead communication activities of business process changes by partnering with the relevant stakeholders to ensure those changes go hand in hand with the system change

Lead communications activities of project teams assigned with integration of key existing Harman systems such as SAP, BW4 HANA / BPC, Workday, iCertis and other applications and associated data flow including master data and transaction data to ensure proper flow of data and single source of truth methodologies

Develop communication and branding proposals and lead initiatives to ensure proper communication to affected departments in the organization

Prepare comprehensive organizational change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives

Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on the organization, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change

Assist in the developing of training plan.

Develop and manage stakeholder analysis outlining impacted groups and individuals including unique experiences, pain points, strengths and needs

Establish an efficient approach for capturing, validating and socializing project change impact assessment outcomes with core team leaders, work stream leads and impacted stakeholder group representatives

Collaborate, create and execute a sustainment and adoption strategy to define quantifiable measures for tracking adoption success as outlined in the original ROI or value statement from project. Track Benefit Realization throughout the lifecycle of change. Measure key metrics identified within Business case to ensure we are seeing benefits as planned and communicate to Digital and Functional leadership.

What You Need

Bachelor degree in communications or equivalent.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading organizational transformations, large and complex programs with significant change and business impacts in a cross functional, global environment including : stakeholder management, leadership alignment, communications and engagement, change impact assessment, training assessment and delivery, sustainment & adoption, and measurement

Exceptionally self-motivated and directed while ability to work in teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Familiarity with change and project management principles and tools

Strong Problem solving / root cause analysis skills

Risk-based thinking knowledge

What is Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise-wide ERP, HR, legal, and communications systems

Experience driving digital change, process, data, systems, design thinking

Professional certification in management consulting or project management

Knowledge and application of continuous improvement philosophies

Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel

Be willing to work in an office in Novi Michigan, Richardson Texas OR This role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into the Novi office location required

Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
