Welder - Night Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Welder on the Night Shift at our state-of-the-art facility located in Conroe, Texas, 77303. We are looking for skilled welders who are passionate about their craft and have a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles and ISO 9001 standards. Responsibilities

Welding Processes : GMAW-P and FCAW

Testing : All weld tests are visually inspected the day of the interview on 2F 3F and 4F position

Certifications : During the first 90 days, welders must pass the following skills to which we will issuecertifications : - GMAW-P : 3G open root and 4F

FCAW : 3G open root with backing and 4F

Preferred Experience : - GMAW on Aluminum welding experience is a plus

GTAW aluminum or Stainless Steel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Flux-Cored Arc welding.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles and ISO 9001 certification processes.
• Strong shop math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
