$2,500 Welcome Bonus Included! My Crossroads Dentist is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location : 1849 Wentzville Parkway Wentzville, Missouri 63385 Work Schedule : Monday 9 : 30-7pm, Tuesday 7 : 30-5 : 00pm, Wednesday 7 : 30-5pm, Thursday 6 : 30-3 : 00pm, Every other Friday 7 : 30-1 : 00pm 3 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! SRP - hygienists discrection! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses! We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available! Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include UnitedHealthCare PPO Health Care. • Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification Preferred Experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office / Doctor / Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
