Looking for a responsible, deadline-driven, creative and highly motivated intern to work with our fast-paced global team.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assist in back end administrative tasks- includes event reporting, Ticket socket maintenance, moderating comments in FB Coaching Alum group
• Assist in maintaining global event schedule, Maintaining event request schedule organized so that events do not overlap in market, Communication with partners in regards to event creation
• Assist in marketing plans dedicated towards each event; Make sure email and social media requests are completed, creating market-wide promotions aligning with national event marketing
• Assists in designated business-focused projects, proposes ideas and solutions, tracks and follows assigned projects during the internship.
• Assist in customer service inquiries
• Create SM posts highlighting coaches in the region, communication emails with any new developments
• Outreach to local gyms coinciding with LIVE SGX workshops scheduled throughout the year
• Work cross-departmentally with the parent company, to ensure best practices and the ability to maximize marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Pursuing college degree with interest in organizational leadership, community organizing, business development, event production.

Proficient in Google Suite products (Slides, Sheets, Docs)

Great communication and phone skills

Ability to multitask well

Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
