We're a growing boutique wellness studio in Lee's Summit, and we're looking for a driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Sales Associate , you'll play a vital role in growing our studio and building lasting relationships with members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is motivated by results.

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads

Generate new leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel

Confidently sell memberships and wellness packages

Deliver an exceptional, welcoming in-studio experience

Track leads and sales in our CRM system

Create and share engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and drive leads

Support daily retail and studio operations

What Were Looking For

Proven success in sales or retail (wellness / fitness industry a plus)

Strong communication skills both in-person and over the phone

Comfortable creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)

Motivated by meeting and exceeding daily / weekly sales goals

Organized and comfortable managing leads and CRM systems

Passionate about wellness, health, or fitness services

Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Schedule

We operate under standard retail hours :

Mon-Thu : 8 AM 8 PM

FriSat : 8 AM 5 PM

Sun : 9 AM 3 PM

You won't be scheduled for every shift, but flexibility for varied shifts is required.
