Lead and support nursing staff across clinical operations

Oversee quality standards, workflow, and survey readiness initiatives

Partner with providers, clinical teams, and administration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care

Mentor and develop team members through coaching, education, and competency checks

Promote evidence-based nursing practices and contribute to performance improvement initiatives

🎓 What You Bring :

RN License (Single-State or Compact Multi-State) – Required

BLS Certification (AHA) – Required

Associate’s in Nursing Required | BSN Preferred

2+ years of RN experience (Leadership or supervisory background preferred)

Strong organizational, mentoring, and communication skills
