We're looking for a Qualitative Operations Director to lead the operational piece of multiple complex market research studies across healthcare (pharma), retail, and consumer sectors. What You'll Do :

• Work with a talented team of 10+ Qualitative professionals
• Strategically staff and manage multiple projects for success
• Coordinate participant recruitment and vendor / client relationships
• Maintain project management systems and lead weekly status calls
• Travel as needed to support client and project success
