Job description

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established inpatient team as a Hospitalist supporting patients at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, TX. This respected program is part of a well-regarded community practice that includes five (5) practices across Southeast Texas.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient hospitalist care for adult and geriatric patients

Flexible 7 days on, 7 days off schedule (7am 7pm), overseeing 10-15 patients per day

Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges in coordination with supervising physicians

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in the hospital setting

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging

Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and care management teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives within the hospitalist program

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure

At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care

Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems

Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment
