Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available for the current school year, with an immediate start and continuing through the end of the school year. This role is based in Maple Grove, MN, serving K-12 students in a contracted capacity within a school setting.

Key responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy services in both 1 : 1 and group environments to support students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade. You will work closely with educators and behavior specialists to implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Substitutes certification and school-based experience strongly preferred
• Experience with behavior management and applied behavior analysis techniques in educational settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
