DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Residential Services Aide, you will assist staff in the development, delivery, and monitoring of treatment and related services provided at Ebensburg Center. You will address self-care, socialization, and health maintenance needs to support each resident's Individual Support Plan (ISP). You will also record information, monitor individuals, and assist with revising I SPs as necessary. This role requires attentive care skills to observe changes in individual physical status and effective communication to inform the attending nursing team of additional resident service needs. In addition, you will e scort individuals to various activities , p articipate in housekeeping functions, and assist with purchasing appropriate personal items that maximize therapeutic environments.
