Job descriptionResponsible for developing sales leads, qualifying prospects and make sales calls Cold calling prospective new customers Identify, contact and schedule appointments with prospective clients Develop effective and long-term relationships with customers and prospective clients “Walk” buildings, roofs, and other areas to obtain an understanding of the client’s facility Estimate, negotiate, and prepare detailed proposals for service contracts, repair quotes, and retrofit projects Prepare proposals based on the project’s technical specifications and requirements. Selling to both C-level and technical buyers Commercial HVAC Service Sales : 3+ years (Required) Driver's License (Required) HVAC Mechanical Knowledge (Preferred) Education : Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute around Maricopa County Work Location : In person Vehicle Allowance and Gas Card Commission structure 401K Plan Health PPO Plan, Delta Dental and Vision Plans (7) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Payroll is weekly direct deposit HVAC Outside Sales

As our
- Commercial HVAC Sales Executive
- you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies, as well as calling on existing customers. An innovative, goal-driven sales professional will sell service repair work, retrofit jobs, energy solutions and building automation / controls work to key decision makers.
