TEKsystems is HIRING!! - Access Control Project Manager - $35-$45 / hr

Looking for an experienced individual with extensive knowledge in installing and troubleshooting Access Control / Security systems in Commercial settings. This person will be part of a team that will ESTIMATE and BID work for customers as well as OVERSEE the installation and service teams completing the work.

Primary systems include Lenel S2 and Paxton

Looking for someone with project management experience that understand full lifecycles of jobs

Secondary responsibilities would be to oversee the company's IT equipment and assist in setting up and troubleshooting / repairing : Networks, desktops / laptops, routers and switches.

The customers serve are in the Education, Healthcare, Industrial / Commercial, and Government sectors.

MUST PASS COMPLIANCE - 10yr backgrd, 10 panel DT, and MVR

Job Description

Engineering

Working knowledge of network protocols and function
Working knowledge of data cabling (fiber and copper)
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Working knowledge of working at the command line interface
Working knowledge of network attached storage and RAID configurations
Appropriate certifications Microsoft, CompTiA, and or associated equivalent
Ability to work with partner technical support and assist dynamic troubleshooting
Maintain detailed documentation withing the Dropbox infrastructure

Inside Sales / Physical Security Estimation

Work with current partner contacts for quoting and line card knowledge

Manage partner relationships

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products

Proficiency with the current line card software packages(Digital Watchdog, Milestone Systems, S2 Netbox, Paxton, ETC.)

Project Planning And Coordination

Develop project plans, outlining scope, timeline, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams to understand their security needs and project requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and procurement, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.

Oversee the day-to-day management of security integration projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Procurement

Project assessments are key to identifying what materials or services are required.

Evaluating and choosing suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and availability.

Being aware of inventory for project to avoid shortages or delays.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
