The Mission
As a Customer Advocate you will be the primary point of contact for 50-70 individuals each day guiding them through their healthcare needs with empathy accuracy and professionalism. From navigating PCPs and medications to coordinating appointments and benefits your role will help make healthcare easier and more accessible for those we serve.
Position Details
Position Type : Full-time remote
Schedule : Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 AM and 8 : 00 PM EST
Training : Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
Environment : 100% work-from-home opportunity
What You Bring
Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Background in healthcare insurance social work or behavioral health
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
Proven success in a customer service environment especially in complex high-volume settings
