The Data Analyst II supports the Food & Nutrition Services department across company by maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing key operational databases and dashboards. This role ensures accurate data management, timely reporting, and analytical insights critical to high-priority, system-wide initiatives. The analyst will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to sustain project continuity during a temporary leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform data collection, cleaning, validation, and transformation across multiple food management and operational databases.
- Support high-priority, system-wide Food & Nutrition Services projects through analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
- Maintain existing dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports to ensure continuity during the incumbents leave.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across company to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
- Ensure documentation and workflow continuity for all database and reporting functions.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and project handoff sessions with the permanent employee (pre- and post-leave).
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in a data analyst or related analytical role.Proficiency with database systems and tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.Demonstrated experience translating data into meaningful operational insights.Preferred :
Prior experience working with Food Management databases or comparable enterprise-level systems.Experience within healthcare, food services, or large system environments.Familiarity with copmany data environments or reporting tools.Soft Skills :
