Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med / Surg Telemetry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of expertise in providing patient care and managing telemetry patients.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care in a fast-paced Med / Surg Telemetry unit.

Monitor telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient conditions.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans based on patient needs.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.

AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required.

Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.

One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
