Harchuck Construction has an immediate opening for a Project Manager / Estimator. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and full benefits.
Position Details
We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of commercial construction experience. You will work directly with our Project Management team to help manage and estimate commercial construction projects valued between $1–5 million.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Supervise Site Superintendents
- Write contracts
- Interact with subcontractors and clients
- Estimate commercial projects (experience preferred)
- Read drawings and interpret specifications
