Registered Nurse- Critical Care (Contract Role )

Location : Burlington, MA 01805

Duration : 13 week

Shift : Night Shift | 7PM-7AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate : $2,520 - $2,700; (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care in ICU and PCU settings, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices.
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and telemetry to make critical decisions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in EPIC EMR.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in code situations and emergency response as needed.
