Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the Shopify storefront experience and conversion funnels
Build a culture of experimentation through structured testing and data-driven decisions
Manage retention strategies and optimize the subscription experience for customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing with DTC brands
Proven track record in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data analysis
Strong command of Shopify and landing page builders
Experience managing media buyers and translating data into strategic insights
Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization
