Hickory Hills Country Club is looking for positive individuals to responsibly prepare beverages (alcoholic / non-alcoholic) and serve our guests. The Bartender will prep the bar for regular service and special events, maintain the bar during service while serving guests, and will be responsible for the restock and cleanup of the bar.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks / drinks
• Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Ensure bar and lounge areas are clean and well presented
• Any additional tasks assigned by management
