Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated professional with expertise in diverse speech-language pathology settings is sought for a role in El Cajon, CA. This position focuses on providing comprehensive support to students across K-6th grade, addressing a variety of speech and language needs within a contract framework for the upcoming school year.

Location : El Cajon, CA

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Implement effective therapy strategies tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes.
  • Provide consultation and support to teaching staff regarding speech and language development.

Qualifications :

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Location : El Cajon, CA (serving two school locations)
