Dates of Assignment : February 2-6, February 9-13, February 23-27, March 30-April 3, April 6-10, April 20-24, May 4-8, May 11-15

Details of Assignment :

• Monday through Friday, 7a -3p / Call hours : 3p - 7a, Late Room 7a - 5p
• Call is 1 time per week
• CRNA supervision
• Cases include : Ortho, General, Endo, OB / GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics
• EMR is Medaxion
• Level 3 Trauma Center, C-sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries a year
• Vermont License required, DEA is required. ACLS, BLS, PALS.
