Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the General Counsel with corporate and regulatory matters, including contract management

Analyze federal and state statutes to maintain the organization's regulatory compliance policies

Provide legal advice on various matters including dispute resolution, employment, and data privacy

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of legal experience as an in-house or corporate attorney

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in a state bar

In-house legal experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech preferred

Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and compliance regulations
