An actively growing firm, we are currently looking for a Designer with both design and production skills to support our goals of a positive design and community impact through various mixed-use, commercial and multi-family projects.

This is a full-time position, in office position.

EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of professional architectural experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team member for mixed use projects, from feasibility through construction administration
• Assist the Architectural Designer and Project designer with project coordination
• Contribute to project documentation fromDesign Development through Construction Administration
• Conduct research on materials and product specifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional master's degree or undergraduate degree in Architecture

Experience in code analysis drawings, building code and design researchT

Competent knowledge of latest version of Autodesk Revit is required, and a Revit exam will be conducted

Additional proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Lumion & InDesign

Must be authorized to work in the United States
