Description :
Department focused on adult rehabilitation.
This position involves providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Staff is expected to work five 8-hour shifts from 8 : 15 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
No weekend or call requirements are expected for this role.
Experience in an outpatient adult rehab setting is required.
Candidates should possess skills in adaptive devices, gait training, and assessment techniques.
Knowledge and experience with specific diagnoses such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stroke rehabilitation, and total joint replacements are necessary.
Patient education and safety measures will also be a part of daily responsibilities.
The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective care.
Additional duties involve maintaining documentation and participating in patient evaluations and treatments.
Travel experience is required for this position.
