You'll begin by working closely with stakeholders to uncover mission needs, translating those insights into structured technical requirements. Your expertise will also shape a comprehensive Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) strategy aligned with broader mission objectives. Additionally, you'll support the full spectrum of flight test activities—from planning to execution—and guide personnel training in Electronic Warfare (EW) tactics, techniques, and procedures. Your assessments of current aircraft defensive systems will ensure readiness and resilience across the force.

You Have :

5+ years of experience in EW engineering

5+ years of experience with DoD Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations

3+ years of experience with DoD aircraft operations and mission execution

Ability to independently think, plan, and work at a tactical and strategic level

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Test and Evaluation of EW systems

Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
