Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Arcadia, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while handling a variety of accounting and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Process cash receipts and manage related financial transactions with accuracy.

Complete light reconciliation tasks to ensure financial records are balanced.

Open and close cash drawers efficiently and securely.

Provide general clerical support, including filing and record maintenance.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail effectively, ensuring timely distribution.

Assist with additional duties as assigned to support department operations.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or related role.

Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with invoice processing procedures.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
