Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor field crews of carpenters and apprentices on remodeling and renovation projects.
Oversee all phases of residential construction including framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, siding, and window / door installations.
Execute home additions, kitchen remodels, and whole-home renovations.
Interpret and execute architectural drawings, scopes of work, and material lists.
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure job site safety, organization, and cleanliness.
Track project progress and proactively solve challenges.
Support the development of team members through coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience; prior foreman or leadership experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead crews and manage job site workflows independently.
Deep knowledge of residential construction practices, tools, and materials.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
Tech-savvy : able to use email, text, and basic project management tools.
Reliable transportation and ownership of personal carpentry tools required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred but not required.
