OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Customer Service Assistant! Are you ready to lend a hand this season and earn some extra income? Location : 35 Commerce Ave. Albany, NY 12206

Pay : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift : Thursday - Monday from 6 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics : This seasonal position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Our Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery and are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system and verifying deliveries.

This is a seasonal position designed to support increased demand during our busiest months, with potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.
