Job Summary :
The Business Relationship Manager role involves planning and prioritizing business customer demand, facilitating technology innovation, aligning business and IT strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of business needs, technology solutions, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Cultivate a deep understanding of business customer needs and identify opportunities to leverage technology.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize technology investments and provide insights to IT leadership.
- Assist in developing and supporting new business capabilities through technology solutions.
- Define initiative business objectives via business cases, analyze work processes, and recommend technology solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to develop business cases and implement required technology.
- Act as a single point of focus and advocate for business customers for IT strategic services.
- Engage with senior management to communicate technical information and address challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of business technology and apply it to enhance technology plans.
- Serve as a technical resource and advisor, coaching and mentoring associates.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to IT and Business Unit staff.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Ability to produce, implement, and enhance business and technology strategic concepts and plans.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, HR, engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or equivalent work experience.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Graduate degree.Experience in design, development, and implementation of new technology or maintenance of large-scale systems.Utility business knowledge.Deep mastery of utility business, data, and information service-oriented architectures.Broad knowledge of business processes, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management.Special Considerations :
