Compensation
Salary Range : $122,958 - $174,060 (Grade A / 890 Hay pts)
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for organizing and leading the strategic planning activities for the Office of the Vice President, Operations and all seven of the operating divisions. Oversees and provides executive directions to the AGM, Strategic Planners in order to Implement business changes and new initiatives that will achieve sustainable short and long-term operational improvements. Reviews business / administrative processes and develops effective solutions that promote the Buses as a Business culture. Directs the coordination of any new programs and / or policies with all concerned within Bus Operations. Analyzes operational performance data to identify any potential gains and creates a work plan to capitalize on those opportunities. Coordinates workforce development activities for non-represented employees within Bus Operations.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Education and Experience
1. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or a related field and ten (10) years of full-time experience, at least five (5) of which must have been in a managerial / supervisory capacity.
2. A satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
