  • Prioritize safety and follow the highest industry practices Consistently exceed passenger expectations Represent and promote STAJets’ culture and brand Adapt to dynamic and changing flight schedules Support and respect fellow team members Pursue continuous improvement and company growth Desired Skills and Experience To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have : Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land) Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate Established Home Base PIC Requirements 4,000 hours total time 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC 3,000 hours multi-engine total 250 hours PIC in type PIC Pay Range : $160K–$185K Benefits Offered 401k with 100% company match (up to 4% of salary) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 100% company-paid Loss of Medical Insurance (Disability pays 65% of annual income for up to 5 years) Flexibility to live at any airport base 17 / 14 schedule (1st and 14th day as soft days off) To apply, visit our careers page : STAJets Careers Powered by JazzHR
